Tennessee State Veterans Homes is currently looking for a RN Supervisor Full-Time/Evening Shift - 3pm to 11pm - Monday through Friday in Murfreesboro. This non-exempt position is eligible for overtime and holiday pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Ensure patient care plans are followed and documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, and reorder as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Tennessee State Veterans Home - Murfreesboro is currently looking for a RN Supervisor Full-Time/Evening Shift - 3pm to 11pm - Monday through Friday. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime and holiday pay.

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate our nursing staff. The Supervisor RN will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, providing guidance and support to the nursing team, and maintaining compliance with all regulations and protocols.
