Job summary
Tennessee State Veterans Homes is currently looking for a RN Supervisor Full-Time/Evening Shift - 3pm to 11pm - Monday through Friday in Murfreesboro. This non-exempt position is eligible for overtime and holiday pay.

Qualifications
- Candidate must have a current and active RN license.
- Proven RN experience in healthcare or nursing home with management/supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
- Ensure patient care plans are followed and documentation is accurate.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, and reorder as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
