Mercy Hospital St. Louis seeks a Supervisor Therapy Services to direct, coordinate and supervise rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments under the Medical Director and Department Manager.

This role ensures services comply with Mercy standards and applicable regulations. The position requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with current licensure and CPR certification; a Master’s/Doctorate is preferred and at least three

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology (or related field).
• Licensed in state of practice as OT, SLP, or PT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Three years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments.
• Under supervision of the Medical Director and the Manager of the Department of Inpatient Rehab, ensures services meet Mercy standards and regulations.
• Performs duties consistent with Mercy mission, values and service standards.

Overview

Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments and the activities of personnel involved in providing these services. Under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Manager of the Department of Inpatient Rehab, it is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with Medical Center standards, and state, federal and local regulations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and mercy service standards.

Position Details

Education: Bachelor's Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology. or related field.

Licensure: Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist with a current license in state of practice.

Experience

Certifications: Registered Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist. CPR Certified

Preferred Education: Master's or Doctorate degree

Preferred Experience: Three years of clinical experience preferred
