We are actively seeking a Quality Supervisor for our South Windsor, CT location.Basic Purpose: The Quality Supervisor oversees daily quality operations to ensure products, processes, and training programs meet company standards and compliance expectations. This role leads investigations, reporting, auditing, inspections, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with operational managers to ensure alignment with performance goals and requirements.Job Responsibilities:1. Quality Operations• Lead quality investigations and root-cause analyses• Prepare accurate, timely quality reports and communicate trends• Support internal audits and ensure compliance readiness• Oversee inspection processes and verify adherence to quality standards• Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives2. Leadership & Team Development• Provide leadership, coaching, and support for quality team members• Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning3. Training & Development• Lead development, delivery, and oversight of quality and operational training programs• Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and certification requirements• Conduct training needs assessments using audit results and performance data• Collaborate with operational managers to ensure training programs meet expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational goals• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements• Coordinate training rollout across multiple shifts and departments• Facilitate group training, hands‑on demonstrations, and one‑on‑one coaching• Track training completion and maintain accurate training compliance recordsRequirements:• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality• Strong investigative, analytical, and technical writing skills• Working knowledge of auditing principles and inspection processes• Experience with quality tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous supervisory experience• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service quality environments• Certifications such as CQT, CQI, or Six Sigma, LEAN• Familiarity with ISO standards or related quality frameworks• Experience using AI‑driven tools to strengthen quality investigations and decision‑making• Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience• Experience developing or updating SOPs, work instructions, and training documentsSalary: $69,000.00 to $79,000.00Bonus EligibleWork Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pmBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Please visit www.broadridgebenefits.com for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
