Job summary

Gerber Life Insurance Company in Fremont, MI is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Communications to lead a team of Quality Consultants in a life insurance call center.

The role focuses on coaching, escalation management, and driving quality, productivity and performance using data trends across Operations, Training, HR, Legal and senior leadership. Onsite position with licensing and supervisory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Life, Accident & Health Insurance license – required
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience – required
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people-development skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Contact Center, financial services and/or insurance industry experience is a plus

Gerber Life Insurance is looking for an experienced people leader to join our Contact Center team as a Supervisor, Quality Communications.

• Life Insurance Call Center Environment


• Hiring Range: $62,400–$75,000 annually
