Job summary

Sibelco Group in Red Hill is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee quality control at the plant and administer the Quality Improvement Plan in line with corporate standards. You will collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and lead changes across the site.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to QIP standards, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, process audits, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Self-starter capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program
• Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams
• Analyze plant operating data to correlate parameters with quality
• Conduct process audits and improvement projects within the Continuous Improvement program
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; issue RCA reports and preventative actions
• Oversee capital and other projects as directed by plant management

As a part of the High Purity Quartz Analytical Quality Team the Supervisor Quality role will empower you to oversee the quality control functions at the Plant site. Administer and maintain plant quality Improvement Plan in compliance with corporate QIP Standards. Work with regional quality teams to ensure best practices are implemented. Lead teams and implement quality changes as needed.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Supervisor Quality, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program
• Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed
