Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a Supervisor QHSE to lead the implementation of QHSE programs across projects. You will enforce safety standards, manage compliance, and drive continuous improvement in quality and environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 7–10 years in QHSE with OSHA 30-hour certification; CSP/CHST/ASP and ISO Lead Auditor are preferred. Travel to multiple project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive QHSE experience in construction/infrastructure/heavy industry.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; CSP/CHST/ASP or ISO Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE plans aligned with standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments for hazards and non-compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide QHSE training to project teams on policies and safe work practices.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and certifications are maintained for operations.
• Collaborate with management and clients to integrate QHSE into projects.
• Prepare QHSE reports and compliance documentation for leadership.

Job Responsibilities \\* Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive QHSE plans and procedures in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. \\* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues. \\* Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. \\* Provide expert guidance and training to project teams and personnel on QHSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices. \\* Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained and maintained for project operations. \\* Collaborate with project management, operations, and clients to integrate QHSE considerations into all project phases. \\* Prepare and present detailed QHSE reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation to management. \\* Champion a proactive safety culture through effective communication, coaching, and engagement strategies. \\* Stay current with QHSE regulations, industry standards, and emerging best practices. \\* Manage and mentor a team of QHSE professionals, as required.
