Job summary

Primoris Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of QHSE to lead the development and execution of quality, health, safety, and environmental programs across assigned projects. You will drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

You will mentor QHSE staff, coordinate with project teams and clients, and deliver detailed performance metrics and compliance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive QHSE experience in construction, infrastructure, or heavy industrial sectors.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; CSP/CHST/ASP or ISO Lead Auditor are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local QHSE regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive QHSE management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE plans aligned with corporate standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide QHSE training to project teams.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and certifications are maintained.
• Collaborate with management, operations, and clients.
• Prepare QHSE reports, metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Mentor and manage QHSE professionals.
• Stay current with regulations and industry best practices.
