Supervisor, Production Planning and Control

Summary: The Supervisor of Planning manages the Production Planning team daily. This position is responsible for all production line planning and coordination with leadership in other organizations to create specific plans daily for operations. This position reports on key metrics to guide operations on status, the path forward, and issues preventing aircraft progress.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Planning Team (All lines)
2. Plan and coordinate parts issuance from warehouse to floor to accomplish the daily plan
3. Prepare daily reports on aircraft progress, cost, adherence to schedule, etc.
4. Coordinate with Production Line Management for daily activities planning and communication
5. Research and resolve issues preventing aircraft progress (quality notifications, MDRs, etc.)
6. Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering for job card changes on the shop floor
7. Interact with Material Planning Leadership for parts availability
8. Collaborate with warehouse leadership for parts issuance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 3-5 years related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office and SAP experience preferred
• Aircraft hands-on background preferred
