Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing crew, ensuring safe, efficient operations and quality. You will supervise and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and manage line performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong planning and problem-solving skills. You will work a 5:00 PM–5:00 AM/2-2-3 flex schedule and partner with safety and quality teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required. A Bachelor's degree preferred with a science related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in supervisory roles of people and processes. Preferred in a manufacturing environment to include demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organization, planning, decision making abilities with ISO working environment. Problem solving, excellent verbal and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
  • Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators and down time.
  • Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
  • Monitors the production process, makes routine process checks and adjusts equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
  • Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise change overs.
  • Manage overall package and product quality to ensure all standards and specifications.
  • Actively drives Good Manufacturing practices that meet company standards.
  • Utilizes and supports The Coca-Cola Quality system.
  • Complete daily production reports.
  • Maintains and timely post daily track and rank reports.
  • Flex work schedule to meet the business demands.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company Safety policies and standards, ensuring proper attire and PPE are worn.
  • Participation in project work and initiatives as assigned.
  • Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

General Purpose

The Production Supervisor role is responsible for manufacturing product using efficient and safe manufacturing processes through the supervision of production team members. Must adhere to the schedule and ensure that quality standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, Human Resources, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Consults with other functions as needed to resolve difficult issues.
