Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in San Antonio is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials, supervise warehouse personnel, and coordinate drivers within a defined territory.

You will staff, train, evaluate and develop team members; schedule daily activities; manage inventory levels and stock rotation; oversee receiving/shipping; and ensure assets are secured while controlling labor and operating expenses.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required or experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
  • Requires experience managing people/budgets.
  • 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
  • Computer and database application skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
  • Forklift certification is required upon commencement of work.
