Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company in Sharonville, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our off shift Gorilla Glue Filling operations. The level will depend on experience, with a focus on hands-on leadership, safety, and process improvement.

This role will guide a production team, ensuring quality and timely delivery while developing talent across shifts. Candidates should bring manufacturing leadership experience, coaching and communication skills, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methods.

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our off shift Gorilla Glue Filling (GGF) manufacturing operations. The level of hire (Production Supervisor or Senior Production Supervisor) will be determined based on the candidate's experience, leadership background, and demonstrated capabilities.

Schedule Expectations

The Production Supervisor takes ownership for meeting operational objectives by leading from the front, fostering team engagement, and supporting production capacity requirements during active production schedules, including working extended hours or overtime as needed. Core working hours for this role are starting Monday night through Friday night (into Saturday morning) approximately 9 pm - 5 am. Supervisors are required to work all overtime required of their team.
