Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our off-shift filling (GGF) operations. This hands-on role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while developing employees and ensuring high performance across shifts.

Leadership experience in manufacturing, Lean 5S Kaizen Six Sigma familiarity, and strong coaching skills are essential. Bachelor's degree preferred. Expect extended hours/overtime as needed to meet production objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong coaching, communication and employee development skills.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of process controls and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the production team and support personnel.
• Foster safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Hire, train and develop employees and build bench strength for growth.
• Lead shift communication and ensure alignment across departments.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction.
