AAON is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient manufacturing and timely output.

You will coordinate activities, analyze requirements from production documents, and work with other supervisors to align inter-department operations and improve overall performance.

Education And Experience Requirements

A minimum of HS graduate/GED. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities. It is preferred that an individual in this position have attained a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.

Certifications

• Leadership Training Courses.
• First Aid and CPR.
• May require one or more of the following certifications depending upon area assigned: RCRA certification (hazardous waste management), DOT certification, HVAC certification, and/or 608 Universal Refrigerant.

Work Environment

• Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, stoop, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time during working hours.
