Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the designated department and shift, directing daily production and ensuring product quality. You will coach a hands-on team, monitor safety, and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while maintaining accurate shift records.

About the RoleThe purpose of the Production Supervisor role is to oversee the production of the designated department and shift and the supervise, lead, and coach the employees on that shift.
