Walman in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in our optical surfacing environment. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while building high-performing teams and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, maintaining production records, communicating policies, and coordinating with internal and external partners to meet daily goals and customer commitments.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day activities to achieve the established metrics and standards for safety, quality, production, customer service, and people management. The Production Supervisor is responsible for developing high‑performing teams, being a change agent and continuous improvement, driving results, inspecting what is expected, and building a best‑in‑class working environment. Leads production teams to achieve daily goals and objectives.
Pay Range: $24.00 per hour plus differential
