• 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to solve various types of problems that may involve multiple departments within the Company.
• Ability to perform to high levels of competency in all aspects of lab manufacturing.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to maintain an even workflow and a motivating work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manage interactions with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate productivity through team and individual metrics.
• Actively participate and engage in continuous improvement processes and coach employees on such initiatives.
• Communicate benefits of our unique selling proposition to team and accounts.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to the team.
• Manage and coach employees and ensure timely performance reviews and proper documentation of issues.
• Schedule vacation hours considering seasonality workloads.
• Maintain production and machine maintenance records and charting.
• Coordinate with offsite vendors to troubleshoot machine issues via remote interfaces.
• Collaborate with accounts and internal/external stakeholders on product information and Rx service decisions.
• Foster motivation, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow attendance and safety rules and protect confidential HIPAA information.
• Support others to meet deadlines and maintain workload balance.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced coworkers; attend supervisor training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
