Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material handling, and ensure on-time performance.

You will coach staff, set targets, monitor productivity, manage timekeeping and payroll inputs for hourly workers, uphold OSHA and safety standards, and coordinate with management to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3+ years proven experience as supervisor or relevant role in a distribution, 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material handling.
• Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work for productivity and efficiency.
• Manage operational budgets and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure staff complete necessary training (e.g., OSHA compliance).
• Maintain records for audits (OSHA, customer, and others).
• Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company plans.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching.
• Maintain timekeeping records and payroll inputs for hourly staff.
• Handle disciplinary actions per company policies.
• Enforce company safety standards and report non-compliance.
• Manage workplace accidents, including reporting, investigations, and injury management.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following regulations.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.

Work Location: This is an on-site role.

Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $68,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
