You will support our team as a Supervisor - Production 1st Shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise production personnel.
2. Ensure adherence to production schedule.
3. Maintain a safe environment for staff.
4. Allocate labor dollars correctly.
5. Maintain employee morale.
6. Hold weekly safety meetings.
7. Communicate needs to plant management and follow up.
8. Maintain housekeeping standards.
