Glen-Gery Corporation in Cheswick, PA is looking for a competent individual to assist the Plant Manager in overseeing brick manufacturing operations. This role includes ensuring safety compliance, supervising production teams, and developing plans for preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment. Strong leadership skills and a good understanding of building products are preferred.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Plant Manager with overseeing the operations of brick manufacturing and the production processes. Key duties include ensuring the implementation of Plant Daily Fundamentals:Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping and Preventive Maintenance as well as implementation of the Business Daily Fundamentals: developing people, building a strong team, satisfying customers, communicating, knowing and controlling costs, and growing the business.
