Major Position Responsibilities

• Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted costs to meet demand.
• Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
• Set up equipment for optimal performance, including feeding, speed, and temperature adjustments.
• Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications for production processing.
• Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations.
• Supervise production for assigned units or shifts, overseeing workers operating machinery, assembling items, performing quality control, or packing goods.
• Notify maintenance or engineering departments for equipment repairs.
• Monitor output against schedules and quality goals.
• Coordinate workflow, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper staffing.
• Lead and direct staff, participating in hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.

Basic Qualifications

Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
