Qualifications

• Active Ohio or Michigan Pharmacy Technician license depending on location; PT​CB or ExCPT certification; CPhT-Adv certification preferred.

Job Summary

As the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you oversee a team of pharmacy technicians and ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications by managing workflow, assigning tasks, training staff, monitoring performance and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations.

In this role, you actively participate in creating an environment fostering patient, family, physician and employee satisfaction.

SCHEDULE

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday -10 hr shift
• 8:00 pm - 6:30 am
• No weekends

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 5 years of experience
• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License if working in Ohio
• Active Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician License if working in Michigan
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (either PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted)
• Achievement of CPhT-Adv certification through PTCB.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with medical terminology and pharmacy software systems
