IHA in Iowa is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to lead all pharmacy activities related to medication preparation and distribution for the designated shift(s). Relocation may be possible depending on location.
The role includes direct supervision of technical staff, guidance on workload sharing, and ensuring professional/clinical decision-making under the direction of the clinical manager. Supervises medication preparation, distribution, and IV room operations.

Directly responsible for activities of technical personnel assisting in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages including neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Under the direction of the clinical manager, provides guidance as needed to staff pharmacists related to sharing of workload and professional/clinical decision-making.
