Role Summary

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join us as a Supervisor, Patient Care Service (PCS) in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you’ll lead a team of PCS Representatives supporting the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—driving performance, ensuring billing accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor quality and timeliness of team outputs, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Review incoming volumes and assign staffing levels to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Enovis as a premier reimbursement partner.
  • Drive team performance to achieve KPIs such as cycle time reduction, revenue increase, error reduction, and maximized collections.
  • Conduct business meetings with stakeholders to discuss trends and opportunities.
  • Review and improve processes, workflows, and technology to eliminate redundancies.
  • Share best practices with RCM leadership.
  • Ensure payor requirements are met through internal stakeholder collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams across regions.
  • Support documentation collection from sales to ensure proper invoicing.
  • Review prescriptions, Letters of Medical Necessity, and Chart Notes for completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in RCM or related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, payer relations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with complex claims processing or auditing in health insurance or healthcare delivery.
  • Leadership experience, especially with remote or multi-location teams.
  • Knowledge of coding, health benefit structures, and CMS claims processing rules.
  • Proficiency in processing claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with OnBase, Dataworks, TIMS, or similar software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with DME or Orthotics reimbursement.
Travel
  • Up to 5% travel, domestic and international, with typical trips lasting 1-3 days.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Office setting; may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Standard office equipment use; extended sitting and screen time.
