What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Residential Unitary Distribution channel development with assigned distribution partners
- Provide training and support for distributor personnel
- Conduct warranty system analysis and communicate findings to distribution partners
- Deliver critical job site support and customer satisfaction activities
- Participate in service advisory councils and technical service meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six (6) years of HVAC field service, sales, or product engineering experience, or an Associate degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment selection, installation, service, and troubleshooting
- Previous experience in an HVAC Training position
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ten (10) years of field service, sales, or product engineering experience
- Knowledge and experience using SAP, Salesforce, and SAS systems
