It has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute, intermediate, rehabilitation, and outpatient health services to a 29-county region serving over 1.4 million people.
Responsible for maintaining daily operations for Patient Access Services. Acts as a liaison between patients and Patient Access Representatives to resolve patient accounts. Supervises and schedules Patient Access Representatives. Handles patient payments, monitors registration issues, and ensures data accuracy. Serves as a financial counselor to assist patients with outstanding accounts. Maintains and monitors the patient scheduling system.
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
