Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a seasoned leader to provide direct leadership and oversight for a team of Nurse Navigators, Case Managers, and Special Project Liaisons delivering patient access services.

The role emphasizes performance management, compliance, and timely, high-quality patient interactions, aligned with client KPIs and program goals. Remote environment with staffing and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Active RN license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a HUB, call center, or patient access environment.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and virtual team management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call center technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Nurse Navigators, Case Managers, and Special Project Liaisons.
  • Establish clear performance expectations aligned with client KPIs and program goals.
  • Monitor daily HUB operations to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely patient access services.
  • Drive accountability through performance evaluations, feedback, and development planning.
  • Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and service continuity in a virtual environment.
  • Ensure all interactions meet quality, compliance, and documentation standards, including HIPAA adherence.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance program performance and patient experience.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Serve as operational support during high-volume periods as needed.

What will you be doing?

What do you need for this position?

The base pay range for this position is $56K – $104K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
