Job summary

A healthcare organization in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Supervisor of Patient Access to oversee the Patient Access Liaisons and ensure a seamless onboarding process for infusion patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of healthcare customer service experience and be skilled in managing patient referrals and insurance processes. Supervisor Patient Access - Home Infusion

The Supervisor will provide oversight of the team's Patient Access Liaisons ensuring timeliness of referrals, strong customer service, and successful onboarding of infusion patients.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
• 3 or more years of healthcare customer services experience
• Experience managing patient referrals, insurance eligibility and verification, co-pays & deductibles, Medicare, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
