Jobot is seeking an Intake Supervisor for a Home Infusion Pharmacy in Irvine, CA. The role will manage new patient referrals from receipt through admission and coordinate with physicians, hospitals, insurers, and pharmacists to ensure timely infusion therapy services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in referrals for home health/infusion settings, with strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience processing referrals for home health, home infusion, specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy.
• Experience with prior-authorization and insurance verification; understanding CMS regulations, HCPCS, ICD-10, CPT, Medicare/Medi-Cal.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Details

The Intake Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for the organization managing all new patient referrals from receipt through admission to service. The Intake Supervisor will work closely with physicians, hospitals, case managers, insurance companies, pharmacists and others to ensure timely infusion therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Must have 3 or more years experience processing referrals for home health, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy or related
• Experience with prior-authorization & insurance verification processThrough understanding of CMS regulations, HCPCS codes, ICD-10 Codes, CPT Codes, Medicare, Medi-Cal, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
