Grinders Above and Beyond is a family‑owned restaurant in Ohio seeking friendly team members to join our kitchen crew. The position offers great starting pay above minimum wage, monthly and holiday bonuses, and a benefits package including health insurance, vacation/sick time, and meal discounts.

No experience is required; we will train you on menu items, safety, and kitchen duties in a fast-paced, team‑focused environment. Flexible hours and uniform allowance are available.

• Sets up/closes, stocks and cleans assigned area.

• Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
