Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Supervisor, Part-Time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. in Coshocton, Ohio.

The ideal candidate has prior food service supervisory experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and cash handling. We offer a family culture, competitive compensation, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous food service supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cash handling and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the food service team to maintain service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure profitability by adhering to sales, food cost and labor guidelines.
• Coach and train team members; participate in meetings and programs.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across operations.
• Interact professionally with clients, staff and management.
• Provide timely, accurate information to clients and leadership.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Supervisor, Part-Time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision to the food service team to ensure they consistently meet our standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness
• Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for sales growth, food cost, labor, and all other controllable costs
• Participate in team member meetings and training programs; provide coaching to team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards
• Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of individuals, ranging from client contacts and company executives, to hourly team members
• Provide prompt, accurate and professional responses, guidance and information to clients and company management as needed or requested

Requirements:

• Previous food service supervisory experience
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of cash banks and reports
• Knowledge of POS systems preferred
