Providence ElderPlace is seeking a Patient Scheduler to coordinate non-clinical scheduling and transportation for participants. This office-based role ensures timely arrivals and departures for medical appointments and works within a supportive team.

The successful candidate will follow state driving requirements, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with care teams to keep patients connected with essential services while upholding Providence's commitment to compassionate, patient-centered

• Must comply with state driving laws and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• Experience with dispatching transportation and scheduling medical appointments is preferred.

The Patient Scheduler is an office-based, non-clinical position responsible for scheduling appointments and dispatching transportation to ensure Providence ElderPlace participants are transported to and from scheduled medical appointments.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in English, Business administration, Communications, or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
• 2 years of Dispatching transportation and/or scheduling medical appointments

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
