AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a PACE Care Center Supervisor to oversee multiple operational areas at the assigned AltaMed PACE center. You will ensure efficient health care and social services delivery while supporting staff and coordinating with internal and external resources.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, with preferred bilingual capabilities.

Qualificações

• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology.

Job Overview

T he PACE Care Center Supervisor is responsible for supporting all aspects of selected operation al areas at the assigned site . The se operations may include but not limited to clinic al support , participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation and/or day center activities , all of which ensure t he efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services at the AltaMed PACE center. He / She will be accountable to support t he achieve ment of efficient operati ons per licensing, regulatory standards and company policies and procedures. Additionally, he/she will contribute administrative skills and abilities to the staff selection and retention process , annual budgets , process improvement efforts and care coordination with internal and external resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred. License required if he/she has clinical degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.
• Experience working collaboratively with some and/or all the following disciplines nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.
• Experience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

$68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annually
