What You Will Do

Safety and Quality: Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating hourly associates on all shifts, to include a direct report 2nd shift supervisor, to achieve performance objectives and developing them for increased responsibility/proficiency.

Operational Efficiency: Planning and organizing resources to meet production schedules, minimizing waste, and driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate training records, time logs, and job performance documentation.

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving operational issues and coordinating with support functions such as Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, & Planning on a daily basis.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
• Familiarity with production management software (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and specific industry principles like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Qualifications We Prefer

• Aviation/Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Experience working with all levels of management
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Specialized knowledge of technical/operational practices and/or shop environment experience

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
