Anheuser-Busch in Renton, WA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Delivery/Warehouse operations for 10+ frontline employees in a fast-paced wholesaler environment. You will lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring safe practices and policy compliance.

This role requires high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis, and prior leadership in delivery/warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Two years of delivery, warehouse, or sales experience.
• Willingness to adjust schedule; operation is 24 hours; shift assignment may vary.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, DOT, OSHA regulations preferred.

• Enforce and promote safe working practices.
• Utilize ABI management system (Distribution Process Optimization) to track metrics and implement process and operational improvements.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to report on PIs/KPIs/employee engagement updates and improvements.

Position Summary

Operations Supervisor – oversee day-to-day Delivery/Warehouse operations of 10+ frontline employees and supervise and empower warehouse employees in a world-class wholesaler environment.

Compensation & Schedule

$70,000-80,000 salary plus bonus eligibility. Monday-Friday, rotating start times of 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM. Shift and schedule may vary and include weekend or emergency coverage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Delivery/Warehouse operations of 10+ frontline employees.
• Lead, motivate, and develop department personnel, including selection, performance management, and employee relations.
• Enforce and promote safe working practices.
• Utilize ABI management system (Distribution Process Optimization) to track metrics and implement process and operational improvements.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to report on PIs/KPIs/employee engagement updates and improvements.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, etc.) and data analysis.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Two years of delivery, warehouse, or sales experience.
• Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to adjust schedule as necessary (holidays, weekends, or alarm coverage); operation is 24 hours; shift assignment may vary.
• Understanding of local, state, and federal liquor laws as well as DOT, OSHA regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of labor relations/experience in union environment preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other management systems a plus.
