  • Ensures all vendors are properly vetted and classified as approved suppliers.
  • Coordinates material and equipment purchases/orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Manages technician activities, growth, and field evaluation processes.

TheOperationsSupervisoris responsibleforoverseeing all assigned areas of production,maintenanceand related services through field personnel to achievetimelycompletion of services at the most economical costs.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintains a safe,secureand healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safetyand qualitystandards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting othersregardingpotential hazards or concern
  • Adheres to and is a champion of TEAM’s Core Values
  • Responds to all safety incidents or issues by being involved in Root Cause investigations, Near Miss tracking, Preventative Action development, and Corrective Actions
  • Responds to customer concernsregardingquality and works internally to resolve those issues and prevent future occurrences logging Non-Conformance Reports, asrequired
  • Ensures all vendors have been properly vetted and classified as approved suppliers
  • Acts as a liaison between the customer and vendors/internal groups to ensure conflicts are resolved (e.g.; engineering package delays, equipment scheduling conflicts, manufactured item deliveries)
  • Reviews all customer work records to ensure documentation is thorough, customer purchase orders are provided, and the item/equipment used is clear for costing and pricing the work
  • Coordinates material and equipment purchases/orders to meet customer requirements
  • Assumes responsibility for technician personnel activities in theDistrict, including annual evaluations, coaching,and meritincreases, etc.
  • Facilitates technician growth and development by aligning training and experience opportunities with the Technician Career Path and Technical Training plans
  • Monitors technician training, both internal and customer-specific, and manages the field evaluation process to ensure all technicians are adequately evaluated asrequired
  • Evaluates crew mix to achieve maximum profitability
  • Monitors technicianutilizationin an effort tocontrol non-billable hours and improveDistrictprofitability; runs and evaluates theutilizationreports on a weekly basis
  • ManagesDistrictfleetand fuel expenditures
  • Schedules technicians in Team Apps, and approves/verifies the hoursworkedand expenses,once entered
  • Prepares customer quotations, as needed, and prices completed job packages once work is complete (in someDistricts)
  • Overseespurchasingactivity and works with vendors to ensure theDistrictcosts are receivedin a timely manner
  • OverseestheDistrictinventory, places orders through Manufacturing, and plays a key role in the Quarterly Cycle count process
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Managementorindustryrelated field preferred
  • Three (3)or moreyearsof experiencein industrialoperations or maintenance preferred
  • Previoussupervisory experience preferred
  • Previousexperience working in an ERP(Microsoft Dynamics AX)preferred
  • Travel requirementup to 75%
Work Conditions
  • Position islocatedat theDistrictor sitelocation
  • Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
  • Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
