SummaryThe Supervisor, Customer Insights is responsible for the development and performance of on-site analysis and solution delivery activities to customer facilities with a focus on efforts to reduce the need/number of Device and Instrument repairs. This individual administers, coordinates, and controls the day to day activities for a team of Customer Insights Analysts within an assigned region. This supervisor will cover Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
What you will do as a Supervisor, Onsite SupportPay range for this opportunity is$78,200.00-$101,200.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
