Job Summary And Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree
• (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist
• 3 years experience Required Years of Experience
