Medical City Dallas is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Pediatric ICU to influence patient care through collaborative relationships with management and participation in hospital councils and nursing initiatives.

You will help shape decisions that elevate patient outcomes and advance the future of nursing, contributing to the care team with leadership and clinical expertise in a dynamic, tertiary care setting.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN) credential required
• BSN degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing (pediatric/ICU preferred)
