Favorite Healthcare Staffing in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced Supervisor Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) for a 13-week contract at a hospital. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience in Sterile Processing supervision.

Responsibilities include leading weekend 12-hour shifts and ensuring compliance with CRCST/CBSPDT standards while maintaining quality patient care. CRCST/CBSPDT and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Supervisor Sterile Processing experience in a hospital setting.
• Active CRCST or CBSPDT certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the hospital Sterile Processing Department.
• Ensure compliance with CRCST/CBSPDT standards and BLS requirements.
• Manage weekend shifts and support staff during 12-hour shifts (7a–7:30p).

Weekly Gross Pay Range of $1,800 - $1,959 per week; range is based on weekly hours and may include taxable wages and tax‑free expense reimbursements.

Supervisor Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of recent Supervisor Sterile Processing experience in a Hospital Sterile Processing Department setting
• Active CRCST or CBSPDT certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
