The expected salary range for this position is $78,220.00 - $91,894.40. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. Overview

As Supervisor of Business Travel, you will provide leadership to the business travel support team, serving the needs of Compassion International’s employees who are traveling for business. This team offers exceptional service for domestic and international travel. The primary responsibility is daily supervision of staff, including hiring, termination, coaching, performance management, and work approval to meet objectives.

What will you do?

  • Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
  • Advocate for children’s needs, prioritize child protection, and report concerns of abuse or neglect.
  • Uphold Compassion’s Cultural Behaviors.
  • Provide leadership, planning, and consultation to align departmental resources with organizational strategies.
  • Manage the departmental budget and expenses, ensuring compliance and accountability.
  • Manage and develop staff, set goals, coach, and support continuous learning.
  • Lead a team of travel associates booking international and domestic flights.
  • Oversee online ticket requests, ensuring cost-effective fare searches.
  • Develop corporate travel policies and handle escalated compliance issues.
  • Enhance processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure deep knowledge of travel regulations and best practices within the team.
  • Develop communication standards for travel details and policies.
  • Oversee dissemination of travel information and optimize communication methods.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, promoting a culture of efficiency and service excellence.

What do you bring?
