Job summary

Nike is hiring a Retail Supervisor in Brooklyn, NY. You will be part of a fast-paced, high-volume Nike Rise Atlantic Center store team and help guide customer experiences while delivering service that aligns with Nike’s standards.

The role focuses on leading a team, managing daily store operations, and ensuring customers feel valued. This full-time position includes nights and weekends and offers opportunities to grow within Nike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
