Job summary

Nike is seeking a Retail Supervisor at Nike Rise Atlantic Center, Brooklyn, NY. This full‑time role (34–40 hours weekly) places you at the front line of customer service in a high‑volume store.

You’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional service, manage daily operations, and help customers find the right products. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, are 18 or older, and can work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stock display and store upkeep.
• Attend store events and support teammates.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $29.90. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.

• Must be at least 18(U.S)
