Job summary

Spectrum in Corpus Christi seeks a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives, coach performance, and ensure execution of field sales processes and customer experience standards.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and manage territory coverage, monitor commissions, and align with budget goals while maintaining safety and compliance. Travel roughly 70% field and 30% office work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• Experience in telecommunications or cable industry preferred.
• 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support and reinforce efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through daily team communication, coaching, and in-field observation.
• Own team sales performance, holding Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives accountable for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals.
• Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, providing daily direction, activity management, and coaching.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, ensuring effective training on field sales processes and compliance.
• Provide support to staff through ~70% field work and ~30% office work, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Communicate and maintain clear territory assignments and ensure coverage of assigned properties.
• Monitor payroll and ensure timely review and approval of commissions per policy.
• Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and required training.
• Assist with local budget preparation and input on marketing issues and sales offers.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Support and assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by overseeing the day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, directly leading Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through focused coaching, performance management, and real-time problem solving to achieve budgeted sales goals and adhere to sales process, customer experience, and compliance standards across assigned territories.

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, ensuring they are effectively trainedonfield sales processes, customer experience standards, and compliance expectations.
• Provide support toMulti-TenantSales staff through a cadence of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work, including in-field coaching, observations, and office-based performance reviews and planning.
• Communicate andmaintainclear territory assignments for Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with turf management guidelines and effective coverage of assigned properties.
• Monitor the payroll process for assigned staff and ensure thetimelyandaccuratereview and approval of all commission paymentsin accordance withCompany policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conducting performance appraisals, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, addressing performance gaps, and ensuring completion of required training (including safety and compliance training).
• Assistwith local budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers based on field performance, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
• Perform other duties as requested bysupervisor.
