Thompson Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality in every service interaction.

We value teamwork and exceptional guest experiences. The role requires flexibility to work 50–55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth within a respected nationwide hospitality company.

Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Supervisor to help lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role—guiding daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and cared for. You'll foster a positive work culture rooted in teamwork, quality, and outstanding service.

• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Cultivate a positive and respectful work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence.
• Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
