Job summary

Milk & Honey is seeking a passionate Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Chantilly, VA. You will guide daily operations, support team members, and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued with a focus on teamwork and high service standards.

The role requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. A strong work ethic, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a lively setting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage.
• Experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
