Job summary

• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Ability to meet operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• Compliance with dress code standards
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks during each shift

• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare end‑of‑day financial reports and perform other duties as required.

What We Offer You

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$48,400-$72,300.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job‑related factors.
