Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare supply chain required.
• Experience with point of use technology and Oracle SCM preferred.
• Experience with MS Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all aspects of supply chain operations including sourcing, receiving, stocking, periodic automatic replenishment, inventory control, etc.
• Supervises and manages staff and ensures appropriate staff coverage to provide continuity of operations
• Analyzes workflow processes and functional departmental systems design, making recommendations for improvement and executing necessary changes
• Assists in the management of disaster supplies and processes, ensuring facilities are prepared
• Provides performance guidance, mentoring, and development of staff; ensures achievement of employee goals and metrics

DescriptionThe Supervisor, Supply Chain/Materials Management is responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain operations for the Brooks’ system of care. The successful individual will implement appropriate supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, execute on best practices and key performance indicators, and assist in effectively manage costs.
