  • Partners with leadership across Billing, New Matter/Client Intake, Compliance, Finance, and Business Development to align operations with broader firm goals.

  • Manages overall administrative operations within the function, including project intake, process redesign, and systems enhancements.

  • Leads or supports cross-functional initiatives related to client/timekeeper/rate setting, and client value strategies.

Financial & Analytical Support

  • Supports financial performance evaluation as well as the firm’s bi-annual collections drive and assists in the annual client billing rate-setting process.

  • Provides insights to firm leadership and practice heads on operational performance, offering recommendations to improve client outcomes and firm profitability.

  • Develops and maintains dashboards, models, and reports to support matter planning, rate governance, and budgeting.
