As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will support production at our Kellogg’s Lancaster, PA facility by filling in for leaders and managing impactful projects. This fast-paced, agile role involves delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to plant operations. If you enjoy jumping in and keeping things moving, let’s talk! You will develop and motivate teams, provide leadership relief, and work on projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness in food production. This is a relief supervisor position, so the ability to work any shift as needed is critical.

Salary Range: $74,320 - $102,190

Salary is determined by role, experience, certifications, and market conditions.
